The Town of Lincoln is governed by the Town Charter and further directed by the Town Comprehensive Plan, which is mandated by state law.

The Comprehensive Plan was drawn up in 2003, at considerable cost and work from the commission appointed to establish it, and once approved, must be followed.

The LTA has encountered numerous instances where the Comprehensive Plan has been either ignored or blatantly not followed.  Please contact the following officials as needed to ensure our government is being run in the best interest of its residents.
